Handmade garlic grater demo - eeek talking on camera is not my forte but I always get asked at markets whether they actually work. They really do, with just a little pressure and not much time you get a smoother paste than a garlic crusher.

Do you have one? Any tips for using? One tip from me is use a solid piece of garlic. Don’t smash your garlic to take off the peel as then this grater won’t work.

As we draw ever closer to the big day and things have settled down and started to slow I wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone that has supported me and my business this year. It’s been a crazy one with a huge move to Dorset. Making new friends, building a new studio and kicking off selling locally. I hope you all have an amazing Christmas and I can’t wait to share 2026 with you all xxx

Having spent some time now playing around with many many glazes and all shapes and sizes, in the new year I’ll be working on some of my favourites. Being more uniformed and having ranges in my favourite glazes is the plan. That doesn’t mean I won’t be experimenting however.
