Ceramic Pumpkin Decorations (1)

A cosy, autumnal 2-hour session making your own ceramic pumpkin decorations from start to finish.

This is a beginner-friendly group workshop. You'll learn slab building, slip and scoring, and pinch pot technique while making at least one pumpkin, then try your hand at decorating with underglazes and glazes.

Once it's dried, fired and finished with a clear glaze, it'll be ready for you to collect.

• This workshop will have a maximum group number of 5 persons

• This workshop will include refreshments which will be provided - please make sure to add any dietary requirements/ allergies in the form when booking.

• Aprons can be provided but you are welcome to bring your own

• It is recommended to keep nails short and hair tied back

• All pieces will take between 2-4 weeks to dry and be fired

• Unfortunately sometimes pieces do not survive the firing cycle. Such is the life of a potter. LEXE Ceramics cannot accept any responsibility for cracks that appear in the pieces made during the workshops or if any of the pieces don't survive the process

• You will be contacted when your pieces are ready to be picked up.

• All pieces will be kept for up to 2 months following pick up requests.
